Bob Bruce CIMA®, CIMC®, AIF®

Founder/CEO

Bob brings a unique perspective to financial planning. He enjoyed a career as an Emmy award winning TV news journalist before starting as a financial planner in 1998. As Bob says, "After working in Television News for 36 years, you become a consumer advocate by training." "When I started Integrity Wealth Consulting, I wanted to be able to take that unique approach and apply it to financial planning. Our mission is to act as a fiduciary and always to do what is in the client's best interest." Bob has lived in every geographic region of the country and serves clients in 26 different states. His unique background adds up to a set of skills vital in today’s world of taking complex financial issues and making them easy to understand.

Bob is a member of the prestigious Investments and Wealth Institute. He holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and the Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC®) designations as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) certification. He is a recent recipient of the FIVE STAR Wealth Manager Award*, an award that he has received for the sixth year in a row. The Five Star Wealth Manager Award is a prominent award that less than 7% of all wealth managers in the state of Pennsylvania receive. The selection is the result of a rigorous research process that included a regulatory and consumer complaint review and an evaluation of objective criteria associated with wealth managers who provide quality services to their clients. FIVE STAR Wealth Manager is the largest and most widely published wealth manager award program in North America.

Along with his continuing efforts to stay highly educated in the financial world, Bob is committed to being an active member of the community, participating in numerous charities and fundraising events. Bob believes the firm must have a commitment to the community in which it serves.

Bob has many interests outside the office, including golf, mountain biking, hiking, and horses. He loves a good pair of cowboy boots and riding the high trails in the mountains out west. Bob and his wife, Lori, have been married for over 35 years and have a shared interest in the desert southwest where they lived prior to moving to Pittsburgh. When visiting their house in Arizona, Bob serves as a steward for the McDowell Sonoran Preserve and is active in conserving the Sonoran desert.

Bob and Lori have two children: Scott, an advisor in the firm and Shelley, a RN with a Masters in Nursing Informatics. Bob and Lori are also proud grandparents to granddaughters, Gwenhwyfar and Hadassah and grandsons, Wesley and Reid.

*Based on 10 objective eligibility and evaluation criteria, including a minimum of 5 years as an active credentialed financial professional, favorable regulatory and complaint history, accepts new clients, client retention rates, client assets administered, education, and professional designations. 1,133 Pittsburgh wealth managers were considered for the award; 277 (24 percent of candidates) were named 2017 Five Star Wealth Managers. Scott Bruce CFP®

Co-Owner/Advisor

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Scott has been trained to focus on all aspects of a client’s financial situation. He builds financial plans that focus on the big picture and end goals, not just investments. As a 2005 graduate of Duquesne University, Scott understands first-hand how important it is to take an active role in your financial situation at a young age. Being a Millennial gives him a unique perspective on clients’ situations, especially those who are just starting out in their careers. Scott has developed a strong background in building relationships over his many years of acting as Bob’s right-hand man. Now that he is advising on his own, he will lend his own expertise and experiences to the firm’s diverse background.

As the son of Bob Bruce, Scott has seen first-hand how a career in TV can expose a person to many different people and places. Scott has lived in four different cities, taking pieces of each of them with him, such as a love of hockey from Minneapolis, cycling from Scottsdale, and a passion for the outdoors from Oklahoma City. Now, Scott considers himself a Pittsburgher at heart. His diverse background allows him to connect with people easily.

Scott also holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 through Geneos Wealth Management, as well as his license for Life, Health, Disability, and Long-Term Care Insurance. He, along with his wife, enjoy camping, hiking, cycling, and CrossFit®.

Stacey Brady, ABFP™

Advisor

Stacey is thrilled to expand her role at Integrity Wealth Consulting. After joining the team in 2015 as the Director of Operations, she found passion in empowering and educating clients about financial matters and soon became a licensed Advisor and Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional™. As an ABFP™, Stacey uses the psychological theories of behavioral finance to understand what drives the markets and investors' motivations and decision-making behaviors. This allows her to enhance her financial advice by recognizing how emotions and biases play into the decison making process. She also takes privilege in being a woman Advisor and understands providing thoughtful guidance can truly make a big difference in her clients' lives.

Stacey graduated from Syracuse University in 2006 with a degree in Journalism and her background in Marketing and PR gives her a unique outlook on the financial world.

Being the only native Pittsburgher on the team - a fact which she delights in - Stacey loves that she can bring a little bit of Pittsburgh into the business. Pittsburgh is a one-of-a-kind city where everyone is your neighbor and Stacey loves welcoming clients like family members.

If you can't find Stacey in the office, you can usually find her doing yoga, learning how to golf, reading a book, cornered by her 3-and 6-year old demanding snacks, or enjoying Pens and Steelers games with her husband.

Stacey is a member of the Financial Services Institue.

Megan Corona, FPQP®

Client Services Specialist

Megan graduated from Marist College in 2018 with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Forgoing climbing the corporate ladder in Manhattan, she worked at a local church close to home. This unique experience allowed her to see families through every stage of life. As the first point of contact, Megan understands how important it is for every client’s experience to be positive, every time. She is excited to join the Integrity Wealth Consulting family and is looking forward to building enduring relationships with all present and future clients as IWC continues to grow.

Megan was born and raised in New York, but moved to Pittsburgh for love. She is looking forward to putting down roots in the community with her husband, Luke.

When Megan isn’t trying to find NY-style pizza and bagels in the Steel City, she enjoys exploring all her new home has to offer (specifically the restaurants). Her love of food extends to baking and cooking as well, and sharing her creations with friends and family. Some of her favorite traditions include monthly movie nights and biweekly potluck dinners with friends.

Debra Crnarich

Office Administrator

Debbie’s role as the Office Administrator will be to support the Advisors and other staff members with client meeting scheduling, preparation of client account paperwork, and being a point of contact for client service issues.

Debbie graduated from West Virginia University in 1995 with a degree in Liberal Arts, and minor in Marketing. After graduating she moved to Atlanta, Ga where she met her husband. She moved to Pittsburgh in 2006 with her three young daughters to be closer to family. She’s worked for several local financial institutions in the area and looks forward to establishing a relationship with Integrity Wealth clients.

Debbie and her family were involved in a local Competitive Girls Ice Hockey program, where she spent ten years watching her three daughters grow and enjoyed watching their love of hockey flourish.

Now, an “empty nester”, she enjoys spending time walking, traveling, and visiting her college aged daughters for football game weekends.
